Kelair’s Building & Fire Division was established in 1994. It is one of the most technically-competent suppliers to the construction and plumbing industries.

The Division’s aim is to support customers from project conception via consultants, through the construction defects’ liability period and beyond, providing on-going routine maintenance performed by our own skilled service technicians.

Diesel and Electric Hydrant Booster Pumps

Kelair offers fully-compliant AS2914, fully-packaged hydrant booster pumps complete will fully-valved suction and discharge manifolds and by-pass line. Packaged systems provide simple installation. All units are factory tested prior to delivery and are supported by Kelair’s field service technicians.

Kelair-Rainsaver - Rainwater re-use system

With the current and predicted restrictions on water use, rain and stormwater re-use is cost-saving and easy to implement. Re-use systems normally take the form of pressure systems to run irrigation and flush toilets. Kelair’s Rainsaver offers many advantages over Solenoid systems that have more risks and are less efficient.

The Kelair-Rainsaver range is a robust industrial-rated solution to rainwater re-use. It includes automatic towns’ main back-up in the event of power failure or insufficient rain/stormwater supply. Due to the flow and pressure ratings of the units, any pump or pump system can be connected

Grease Arrestors

Waste from factories and commercial industries is required to have the grease separated before the residue is disposed of into the sewer. Kelair provide fully- approved units.

Coalescing Plate Separators

Kelair provides fully-approved oil separators (coalescing plate separators) which are an enhanced gravity separator, capable of removing oil solids or both.

• Range from 1000 litres to 3000 litres/per hour
• Horizontal units or if space constraints, vertical units
