The Kelair-Blivet™ is a stand-alone, all-in-one packaged sewage treatment plant suitable for populations from 30 to 500. Multiple units in parallel can be used for higher populations. The unit comprises primary settlement, aerobic biological treatment, final settlement and sludge storage.
The Kelair-Blivet™ range is an established and innovative system for highly efficient process reduction of biological oxygen demand (BOD) and Suspended Solids (S.S.). It combines the best features of existing rotating biological contactor (RBC) technology with the additional advantage of active aeration without the use of blowers.
Tertiary treatments such as effluent, disinfection, and media filtration are available as options. The Kelair-Blivet™ may be placed above-ground, or buried to deck level.

The Kelair-Blivet NR™ (Nutrient Removal) is a stand-alone, all-in-one, packaged sewage-treatment plant utilising the same technology as the standard Kelair-Blivet but with an additional integrated de-nitrification module. Chemical phosphorous reduction is an add-on option.
Additional tertiary treatments such as effluent, disinfection, and fine media filtration are available as options. The Kelair-Blivet NR™ may be placed above ground or buried to deck level.

Kelair-Boxer
The Kelair Boxer is a pre-fabricated package sewage treatment plant suitable for the treatment of domestic sewage produced by population equivalents from 5 to 50 domestic residents. The Boxer compliments the Kelair-Blivet™ which is suitable for populations from 30 to 500.
The Boxer can be used for single houses, small buildings, construction sites, small housing developments, hotels, golf courses, holiday resorts and leisure developments in areas that are not connected to mains sewers. The Boxer has been designed specifically for biological de-nitrification as this requirement has become increasingly important in many regions.
Additional tertiary treatments such as phosphorous reduction, effluent disinfection and media filtration are available as options.

The Kelair-Aerotor™ range is an established biological system for highly efficient process reduction of BOD and Ammonia.
The Aerotor™ Biozone is available in a range of standard modular sizes and can be installed as adjunct to an existing works, or as a discrete system in conjunction with separate primary settlement and humus tanks, e.g in concrete.
The flexibility of the Aerotor™ makes it especially suitable as an add-on to a septic tank or an overloaded sewage treatment plant to increase bniological treatment capacity works.
